Your meat will ship via UPS or FedEx once meat is at their facility you will receive tracking information through either your phone number or email whichever was provided upon the order. (Usually about two weeks after you order so you get the freshest product!)

The meat will ship frozen in an insulated cooler and will arrive frozen to your doorstep.

We ship out orders every Monday & Tuesday.

This means they eat grass their entire lives and never have any grains!

Our beef is always 100% grassfed and finished, and you wont find that everywhere.

Lots of companies will try and trick you by putting grassfed on their labels. If it doesn't say 100% grass-fed/finished then that usually means they were fed grains for the last 80 days of their lives

That's especially disgusting, because all non organic grain is GMO & pesticide sprayed. I don't know about you but I do not want to be eating pesticides in my meats!

We are located in the lovely Midwestern state of Iowa, and our farm is located outside of West Bend, IA home of the Grotto of the Redemption!

If you have purchased a bulk share, your meat will ship out to you within 1-3 weeks (smaller bundles will typically be within the week).

4 weeks is maximum wait time of any beef or pork shares of products at Fehr Family Ranch.

Chickens may take longer as we can only raise them in the summer.

Once your meat is ready to be shipped out you will receive an email from me and tracking information from UPS or FedEx so you can get your delicious and nutritious meats!

The Midwest has the most fertile soils in the US. which leads to extremely nutrient rich meats because they are eating the nutrient rich lush grass.

Fertile soil creates a more flavor profile, juiciness, and nutritional density.

If you buy grass-fed beef from other regions, (say Texas), their landscape and soil are not conducive to the growing the same foliage in the same manner.  It's hard to grow lush, green grass in the the desert.

We don't want any harmful pesticides that are sprayed on non organic feed in our meat products. Pesticides are linked to cancer and can cause many adverse health issues, birth defects, and toxin and harmful fat build up in our bodies.

All of our meats are always organic and that means that our pastures are never sprayed, and our chickens and pork are fed organic and non-GMO grains, with no hormones or antibiotics ever!

You then will receive another invoice for the final amount.. This needs to be paid before we ship your delicious meats!

Once your beef is done being processed, dry aged, and packed we will send you another email to be prepared to receive your beef,  and it will be shipped to you.
